Bibliography for Social Studies and Science Fair Projects
Log onto http://citationmachine.net/index2.phpYou can access this through the Bibliography link on the wiki page.
On the top left hand corner select MLA. This is the format style elementary students should use.You may select follow the directions icon on the screen.elect the Print or Non-print type of source you are going to create.Fill in the boxes with the information from your source.Make sure you fill in the info. correctly with regard to spelling and capitals.When done, hit create entry at the bottom of the screen.Preview the entry.You may go back to the top of the screen if you need to make corrections and it will bring you back to the main screen.Hit Create entry again when the corrections have been made.You must copy and paste the entry to a blank word document.
Remember, the entries are to be in alphabetical order by the fist letter/ wird in each entry.You do not have to separate the different type of print/ non-print entries.Skip a space between entries.
You should have a variety of sources: print/ non print, books, magazines, newspapers, video, DVD, TV program etc.
